Step 1: The first step is to visit the official website of the NCLAT: https://nclat.nic.in/

Step 2: Navigate to the Case Status Section Once you’re on the NCLAT website, look for the “Case Status” section or visit this direct link: https://nclat.nic.in/display-board/cases

Step 3: Enter Case Details:

  • First enter the location in “Location” section
  • Select the party type in “Party Type” section
  • Enter the party name in “Party Name” section

Step 4: Click on the “Search” After entering the required details, double-check to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

Step 5: The website will then display the status of the case based on the information you provided. You’ll be able to see details like below image. If you want to see more details about cases then go on “Action” column and click on “view”.

Step 6: If you want to download order history, for this you have to click on “view” then a window pop-up, in this window you have to go on order history then will be able to download . This can be helpful for legal documentation or keeping track of updates related to the case.
